An ancient Japanese
legend: During year 1795th in Edo the
ruler, wishing for a long life, was meeting all the elderly people
asking for their secret for health. One day one of the oldest people
in Japan was brought to him- the farmer Mampe 194 years old.
Together with him came, his 173 old wife, 153 year old son, 145
years old daughter in law and grandson 105 years old. When he was
asked "What is the secret of your long life" he replied "From my
ancestors I learned moxa and I am using it all my life. Me and my
family burn the point of the 100 diseases each forth day.
